Due to the customization and time put into each individual order, we have a no refund policy. We do not accept exchanges and/or returns.
If you wish to cancel with us, you must cancel within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once an order is shipped, it is out of our hands. Any damage due to shipping, please send us a message and go through the shipping company to file a claim. We do ship via USPS and have insurance on all of our boxes.
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us about your order within 24 hours of delivery. Please include any and all photos of the box it came in and the product itself for us to determine what the issue is and how we may fix it.
